Site Rules

1. Participating in, or encouraging, illegal behavior is strictly prohibited, and will be reported to appropriate authorities along with any relevant user logs and information.
2. Attempting to evade a ban through use of an alternate account is prohibited.
3. Users must be at least 18 years of age. No minors are allowed to be registered or use the site.
4. Harassment of users is forbidden. Aside from direct means, the following may be considered harassment, particularly if they are repeated:
   • Providing too much personal information, especially when it is unsolicited.
   • Attempting to moderate other users in place of staff.
5. Dishonesty about ones intent in regards to character, content, or other parameters involved in roleplay is forbidden. Dishonesty may include:
   • Answering a prompt without intent to roleplay.
   • Attempting to include an extreme subject in a roleplay where the other user(s) involved did not consent to it.
   • Playing a character not agreed to in a prompt or Roled:Live
6. Racism, sexism, transphobia, or other forms of bigotry or hatred directed toward other users is strictly not tolerated.
   • Though our site permits some roleplay involving extreme subjects which may contain these elements, it must be agreed upon among the users involved in a session and contained within roleplay content only.
7. Do not roleplay as underage characters for sexual content.
   • Characters may be aged up to be suitable for such content.
8. Do not roleplay as real people. Do not use or link images of real people.
   • For the sake of consistent moderation, v-tubers will be considered as falling under this rule, as they are largely just virtual avatars for real people.
9. Prompts are for creating roleplay sessions. Do not attempt to create a prompt for the purposes of advertising, self-promotion, “PSA”s, voicing grievances, etc.
10. Prompts must be given the maximum possible maturity label given their content. This includes any content the prompt poster considers optional but included in the prompt tags or description.
11. Do not copy and repost other user’s prompts and/or starters. Similarly, do not play as another user’s original character (OC) without their express permission.
12. Be reasonable and considerate with your usage of tags. Fandom and character tags should be used consistantly, and slurs or hateful language should never be used as tags. See our tagging guidelines for more information.
13. Group chats may have additional rules as prescribed by the group chat owner. Following such rules is advised; group chat owners have the means to moderate their own group chat as they see fit, within the rules and guidelines of the site.

Moderation Actions

Depending on severity of infraction, moderators may take one or more of the following actions:

• Send warning: A written warning that a rule has been violated, with description of other actions taken or recommended correction. This will be sent to your provided e-mail.
• Delete prompt: In the case of a prompt containing material that violates the rules, a moderator may delete a prompt from the directory.
• Account time-out: The user will, for a set amount of time, be barred from creating new prompts, responding to new prompts, joining new group chats, or using the random match feature. Existing sessions the user was in will still be accessible.
• Account temporary ban: All site features are locked off from a banned user for a set ammount of time.
• Account full ban: Complete termination of user account and associated prompts and sessions, blacklisting of e-mail and IP.
